Tina is a healer, naturopath, yoga and meditation teacher. Her work centres around chronic and multisystem presentations. She loves to support people across a range of health concerns, including gut and mental health so they can live a healthy, holistic and wholehearted life. Tina’s approach blends science with intuition, structure with softness and leans into listening and embodiment of healing.
