We’re turning up the summer vibes for our next Heart, Body & Soul Expo, coming soon to the iconic Queen Victoria Market, right in the heart of Melbourne, celebrating International Women’s Day with a vibrant, uplifting wellness experience.

Expressions of Interest are now open for our summer wellness event, a bright, heart-centred event designed to bring together empowering businesses and an inspired community eager to explore holistic living, creativity, self-care and women’s wellbeing.

GODDESS ~ Premium 3m x 3m package

The Goddess package is our most exclusive exhibitor option, positioned right at the heart of the event for maximum foot traffic and visibility. This premium package includes a dedicated marquee, offering an elevated, boutique-style presence that helps your brand stand out in a powerful and unforgettable way. Perfect for businesses wanting to make a strong impact, host experiences, or create a luxe branded environment.

Premium centre position, includes a 3m x 3m white marquee $400 +GST - limited number available!

BLOOM ~ 3m x 3m package

The Bloom package offers a generous stand space designed for businesses ready to expand their presence and create engaging displays. Positioned in strong flow areas throughout the event, Bloom gives you the freedom to showcase products, offer demonstrations, or design immersive mini-experiences. It’s the perfect balance of visibility, space, and value for brands wanting solid impact without the marquee upgrade. You are welcome to add/bring a marquee if you wish - or upgrade to our Goddess package.

GLOW ~ 2m x 2m package

The Glow package is an inviting compact option ideal for emerging brands, wellness creators, and artisan businesses. Enjoy a warm, welcoming presence with steady foot traffic and a beautifully curated layout that helps your products shine. Glow is a perfect entry point for those wanting to be part of Heart Body Soul while keeping the footprint small and simple. or for those that don't require too much space.

NOURISH ~ Food/Drink Truck package

The Nourish package is designed for food and drink trucks bringing flavour, wellness, and refreshment to the Heart Body Soul experience. Strategically positioned for strong foot traffic, Nourish offers the space and visibility needed to serve attendees comfortably while creating a vibrant, inviting atmosphere. Perfect for vendors who want to delight guests with delicious offerings that keep energy high and spirits lifted throughout the day.
