Our most exclusive option. Positioned in the high foot-traffic area for maximum visibility. Includes a dedicated marquee for a boutique, luxe environment.

Exhibitor FAQ

​What do I need to bring?

We provide the table and chairs. You bring your products, tablecloth, signage, and high vibes!

Can I share a stall?

We prefer one business per stall to keep the branding clear, but we are open to applications from collective businesses.

Can I be placed next to a friend / colleague?

Absolutely, just let us know and we will group you together.

When is bump-in?

Detailed bump-in instructions will be sent two weeks before the event. Generally, setup begins at 7:00 AM for a 10:00 AM start.

Is there parking? 

Queen Vic Market has both an under cover carpark and an open air car park, right next to the market.

Are there payment plans?

Yes! We want this to be accessible. You can pay a deposit now to hold your place and pay the balance later.
